Privacy
What happens to the details you send us.
This page explains what happens to the details you send through the forms on this site. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
When you send a booking, quote or contact request we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred date, pickup area, group size, chosen add-ons and message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and the country your connection appears to come from.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your request and, if you book, to arrange your tour. We send you a confirmation email copy of your request. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Your request is emailed to us through a Google account. A copy is kept in our Cloudflare storage for 90 days to protect against lost email, then deleted automatically. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a person without showing a puzzle. Cloudflare and Google process data under their own privacy terms.
Spam protection
To stop abuse we limit how many requests one internet connection can send in an hour, which means your IP address is held for up to an hour for that count and is not stored with your request.
Payment
No payment details are collected on this website. We confirm availability and the final price by email before you pay anything.
Your choices
