Is the boat ride included?
No. It is an optional add-on you request when booking. The base tour includes round-trip coach transport, a guide, a maple syrup tasting, scenic stops and free time at the falls.
Does the tour run in winter?
The tour runs daily all year. The boat add-on is seasonal: it is seasonal, so choose another add-on in winter. We confirm boat availability for your date.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes, by quote. Use the request form with your date, group size and wish list, and we reply by email with a proposal and price.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. If you added the boat ride, ask us how it is covered, because the cruise operator's own ticket rules are stricter. We confirm weather terms in our reply to your request.
